The following documents contain information on booths and exhibit spaces for the 2008 Fort Bend County Fair.  Please contact the Fair Office to confirm ALL pricing and space availability.

General Information: 

We are now offering 2008 commercial booth spaces. If you wish to obtain spaces for the Fort Bend County Fair, please remit as soon as possible. Dates of the Fair will be September 26 through October 4, 2008, days being Friday through the next Saturday. Please make 1st, 2nd, and 3rd booth choice.

Please read the enclosed lease agreement carefully, sign one copy on both sides and return with payment. Keep the other copy for information. FULL PAYMENT IS DUE IMMEDIATELY TO SECURE YOUR SPACE/SPACES. PLEASE NOTE THAT PRODUCT LIABILITY IS ALSO REQUIRED. If you will be providing your own insurance, a copy of that policy must be included with your contract. Be sure to have your insurance company state as additional insured, Fort Bend County and Fort Bend County Fair Association.

Anyone selling from their booth must have a State Sales Tax Permit and pay State Sales Tax as required by the State of Texas. Lessee is responsible for his or her own tax report.

Food concessions are limited to Fort Bend County non-profit organizations only.
