Friends,
We are excited to bring you one of the most highly anticipated
annual events in Fort Bend County – the Fort Bend County Fair. For
over 72 years, our staff, directors, volunteers, and most
importantly, our generous sponsors, have all worked diligently to
bring a fun-filled, educational event to our community. We are proud
to be home to the Fort Bend County Fair - the Largest County Fair in
Texas - dedicated to our community and our youth.
This year’s theme, “Honoring Volunteers – Yesterday, Today and
Tomorrow”, tributes to the generations of volunteers who have helped
our Fair grow and prosper. Without our volunteers, our mission that
began over 72 years ago - benefiting youth, promoting agriculture
and supporting education - would not be realized. Today, I am proud
to say that we continue our mission because of the commitment and
service of our volunteers.
On behalf of the Fort Bend County Fair Association directors, staff
and volunteers, we invite you to join us as a partner in our mission
and in honoring our volunteers. Iconic coach Vincent Lombardi said,
“The achievements of an organization are the results of the combined
effort of each individual.” With your commitment and support,
together, we can form a winning team to make our community better
and stronger by investing in our youth.
