• Company name and logo will be included in promotional materials.
  Banners - Display Sponsor’s banner in premier locations. Three (e) 3X8 banners. Deliver banners to Fair office by September 12, 2008. (banners provided by sponsor)
• Parade - Participation in Opening Day Parade. (float provided by sponsor)
  Sponsor Flag - Will be carried in the Professional Rodeo Grand Entry each night by the Rodeo Sweethearts (flag provided by Sponsor).
• Sponsors Reception - Invitation for four (4) guests to the Sponsor Reception prior to the Fair and Rodeo. RSVP by September 19, 2008.
• Life Member Club - Membership during the Fair and Rodeo.
• Junior Livestock Auction - Reserved seating Thursday, October 2,2008
• VIP/Sponsor Stage – Ten (10) passes to view Rodeos/Entertainment.
• Rodeo Box Seating - Six (6) VIP/Sponsor Stage passes for each performance with company signage.
  Sponsor Badges – Eight (8) badges. Each badge allows one (1) additional guest.
• Complimentary Passes – Twenty (20) complimentary tickets.
• VIP Parking Passes - Four (4) Blue reserved parking passes.
• Sponsor’s name will be listed on Star Sponsor Board; displayed all year at the Fort Bend County Fairgrounds.
• Sponsor’s name in the 2007 Fort Bend County Fair Association Catalog.
  Verbal announcement of Sponsor at all announced events.
• Sponsor may choose a specific event to sponsor and publicly present awards to the winners.
• Sponsor may furnish advertising materials to be used in marketing to promote your company along with the Fort Bend County Fair and Rodeo.
• Checks payable to the Fort Bend County Fair Association.

All funds and logos must be submitted to the Fair Office by June 30, 2008, to be included on all 2008 Fair promotional materials
